Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Transit Time: 7 to 20 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 22 business days.

Note: Deliveries are not typically made on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Cost
Standard Shipping: We offer clear and upfront shipping rates at checkout. Any applicable shipping fees will be fully detailed before you complete your payment.

3. Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

4. Address Changes & Cancellations
Address Corrections: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been dispatched.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us before the order is processed. Once an order enters the handling and shipping phase, it cannot be canceled.

If you receive an item that was damaged during transit, or if your package appears to be lost based on the tracking information, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
